Yes! You can request for personalized gift wrapping service with each gift wrapped in Japanese style with lovely Japanese wrapping paper. A message of your choice can be added (which will be handwritten on the paper) to make your gift recipient feel loved.

Returns & Exchanges

Extreme care and pride is taken when making and packaging every item. Goods sold are, therefore, not exchangeable or refundable. However, if you discover that item is damaged upon receiving, please let us know at first notice at feedback@zakkaart.com. You may be requested to send the item back in its original damaged state for assessment. Under zakkaArt’s genuine fault, full refund will be made accordingly.
